I build AI platforms, real-time services and full-stack products, and once taught a robot to find its own way.
Faisal Wani
You dream it, I code it to life. I’m Faisal
, a software engineer who builds AI platforms, real-time services and full-stack products. I studied Digital Engineering at PSU, built a robot
that maps its own room, and when I’m off work I’m on a football pitch
.
- Full Stack Software Engineer at SCB 10X
- B.Eng Digital Engineering, Prince of Songkla University
- Mojen.ai, Booktree and a 168-hour national hackathon
- Part-time tutor and mentor
Where I’ve worked.
Building and scaling a production AI platform that serves OpenAI-compatible APIs.
- FastAPI
- vLLM
- GCP
- Containers
- Extended a production AI platform exposing OpenAI-compatible APIs via FastAPI and vLLM.
- Improved real-time streaming services for low-latency inference and bidirectional communication.
- Hardened backend-for-frontend services for authentication, API keys and access control.
- Scaled an internal data annotation platform with structured workflows and role-based admin.
- Added LLM observability to track usage, reliability and operational health.
- Deployed and tuned containerized workloads on GCP, cutting infrastructure and storage costs.
Things I’ve built.

A memory card game where winning cards are minted as NFTs you can trade on OpenSea.
Autonomous Service Robot
A mobile robot that maps a room with LIDAR and plans its own collision-free path.

Off the clock.
When I’m not at a keyboard, I’m on a football pitch. A few trophies came home too.
